Boot ur system either using Linux boot floppy or
select linux rescue from linux installaltion CD.
You will get root shell.
You might need to pass root partition like
root=/dev/hda2 [  ur Linux root partition ]

Modify /etc/lilo.conf
and Run /sbin/lilo

[ Man lilo.conf and then do the modification]

Be careful in modifying lilo.conf.
