i use Raytech and i can feel the difference when i use my monitor without
that anti-glare.
i guess, one has to use it to feel the difference. i would suggest, that you
try it once for a considerable time.

and reducing the brightness / contrast does not give same effect. atleast, I
am not satsified, for i feel i get a better effect with this anti-glare
rather than reducing brightness/contrast.

I guess, its very personal. the best solution is to give it a try for a few
weeks and decide.
a local anti-glare costs around 150 rs.
