i use cdex with the encoder from
http://bladeenc.mp3.no/
in fact from
http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~gavm00/ ( there is the windows DLL , which can be
used as a plugin for the linux, a .deb file, but they claim that its
unstable).

The list of countries present there, seems safe for people who are based in
India, for its not mentioned in that list.


b.t.w does a player like winamp or xmms, decode an mp3 file to play it ?
if that is so, then probably winamp might have to pay a royalty too!
cant understand much. anybody has got a link with more details on this ?
