Well, IMHO, it is these OSen that create admins who cannot secure their 
distros.  They expect security out of the box.  That doesn't happen - 
ever.

If all distros had to be secured (and were labelled as such), then you'd
suddenly find that many more admins will take the trouble to figure out 
how.
