Problem is terminating the recording. If I do oggenc --raw /dev/dsp, it starts recording fine but I have to terminate it with ^C. Weirder thing is radio does not mute the radio if terminated abruptly. So if I terminate it with SIGKILL, the radio keeps playing. I can shutdown the machine and it still keeps playing.
