Maybe something in the list guidelines should be added requiring all
users of Outlook Express to install and use OE Quotefix (available at
http://www.jump.to/oe-quotefix/) and the ISO8859-6 patch for OE
available at the same site (to prevent OE's irritating habit of mangling
sig delimiters).

That, along with OE6, makes a very satisfactory mailer indeed,
especially with all fonts set to Andale Mono (one of the better
monospace fonts around).

Then set your security restictions properly ... put OE into the
"Restricted Sites" zone (default with OE6).

Threading is the only thing left ... if that gets implemented, OE6 +
OE-Quotefix does work very well indeed.
