Sharing mails between two email clients itself is a difficult task ...
forget two operating systems! Each one will have its own information
on how to handle mail. Take Eudora for example - you mess with its
index files, and it decides to delete everything that it doesn't like!

You might wanna use Netscape or Mozilla - hopefully, the Windows and
GNU/Linux versions will both use the same data formats, but no
guarantees since I have never done something like that.

All this assuming you are talking about a single host. If multiple,
then just run an IMAP server somewhere ...
