Share the folder, then from the Linux machine:

mount -t smbfs //name/share /mnt/share

(you should create /mnt/share).

This will not work if your mail folders are in outlook's horrible
.PST format. If that is the case, you should install an IMAP server
on the Linux machine, and copy all your mails over to IMAP folders.
