I had sent mail after connecting to sancharnet.in number using pop and poff and than sent the mails. However it looks as if the mails to only sancharnet.in ids are getting relayed others are not accepted for relay. Hence even if I try to send mail to LIH with from address of sancharnet.in it is not relayed. However if I try to send the same mail to my own sancharnet.in id it is relayed :-)
then, sancharnet is acting stupid and allowing only @sancharnet.in to be used as the from address.
Find any other smtp server you have access to that uses smtp authentication and use that to send out mail.
