Rajesh, Exim  has built in  feature for this.  See /etc/exim/exim.conf
AUTHENTICATION CONFIGURATION part. 

Are you  using Debian at office  too.  If so  you can give exim  a try
which  is default  with  Debian.  BTW  eximconfig  is a  nice tool  to
configure exim.
