I get 1800 calls for 1650 or something close to that.

And no backup ISP option... Reliance is an excellent backup/emergency
option... but definitely not something you want as your sole connectivity
option.

Nope this is a regular phone line... Rs.499/month in urban areas. unlimited
calling to 172*** numbers.
