Is a reverse method available i.e.
All windooze users be able to authenticate against openldap.

The reason I ask is I have a mail system which can authenticate against
openldap or MySQL. I now have one client who uses multiple versions of
brain dead OS from M$ and the associated directory server which comes
from the same quality unconscious corporation. I am not willing to risk
the reputation of my linux mail server (which can run for years
continuously) because of ADS uptime/hang/etc issues. The client is also
willing to move out of ADS to openldap provided his users who will
continue to run windooze desktops be able to authenticate, change passwd
with openldap as the directory server. If i am able to do this, I will
also achieve the task of saving the customer from using another brain
dead product called Exchange.
