When I start computer, login, launch gEdit, ctrl-space does not work.
I have to change "Input method" to SCIM from default "Ibus" by right
clicking. After that ctrl-space works. Then I can also see icon in
panel and on floating bar. But these things only appear when gEdit
window is activated and I have changed "Input method".

For other application it does not work, although in setup, I have
clicked "share the same input method among all application".
