Well,


if you want a simple dual band buy Nokia 7110 (but fav!!!) or 6250. They
have a true modem in them (14.400 bps if your phone provider support it).
They work pretty good under Linux IrDA obviously after you correcty setup
the kernel, the moduls, the IrDA utils, the ini scripts, the com software,
the ppp software, the pppd software, the default router and more...

This are european models. Check for same models in the USA.
