I like the Nokia 8890. It's only a 2-band though, 900+1900. Hence it will
work both in US and here in Europe, although admittedly it'd be nice to have
1800 as well. I'm not quite sure what you need for trips to the rest of the
world but Nokia boasts about operation in 120 countries.
An alternative (alot cheaper) might be the 8290, single band 1900 but also
built-in modem and nice size/weight.
The 7190 is also single band 1900 w/ 14k4 built-in modem.
The 7160 is some analog/digital hybrid.
Ericsson has the T28 World IIRC, also built-in modem.
Motorola Timeport 7389 and 7089 both are 3-band and what Motorola calls
data-ready. I don't know what data-ready means, specifically, but they've
been mentioned on this list before, check out the archives..
