Not so strange... Sometimes, the upload of __libkarma_fdb__.gz
was not preceeded by the mandatory request of IO_LOCK_W.  Since
now __libkarma_fdb__.gz is unconditionally uploaded, so it is
uncoditionally neccesary to request the write lock.  Fixed in
riocp.c
