I am running 2 33k modems, one on a desktop, and one on a laptop. Both
(Desktop has a Rockwell chipset, laptop has a Xircom pcmcia card) CLAIM to be
able to run bursts up to 115200. The desktop will connect at up to 115200, the
laptop never connects above 31200.
What could the difference be? Is there a spec in a config file I can
fart about with?
