This sorts out Alt-F in Edit for me but may break on some applications (although none that I run - it also enables <Ctrl><Alt><Page_Down> to quit Dosemu) For X, mine just works (Mandrake 8, Dosemu 1.0.1 - once vga.pcf had been installed).
