Hi Ralph!

Sort of followed this thread, I got these meager transmission rates 
with my new 56k (ha!) modem, too. What is that http options file 
named? I can't seem to find it on my system, it's not 
/etc/http/http.conf, or is it?
Your other problems: couldn't they be caused by the server side or the 
line quality?
