Jiwon,
You are using private ip-addresses that will not be accepted on
the internet. You need ip-masquerading. There is an ip-masquerading HOWTO
document available from http://metalab.unc.edu/mdw/ldp.html . You should
also find this document on your Linux box in the /usr/doc/ subdirectories
(though the one on the internet may be more current).
