For a real boot in the old version of MS-DOS, you have to have in C:\
these files:
-autoexec.dos
-config.dos
-io.dos
-msdos.dos
-command.dos
-winboot.sys(if you have OSR2) - really needs

*the line BootMulti=1 in your C:\msdos.sys file - in the [Options]
section
*you can boot directly in the old version of DOS with F4 at the boot
time
