ppp permissions

I'm running Redhat 6.0 and have set up my isp info in
linuxconf.  I can connect fine while I'm root and can 
run /sbin/ifup ppp0 and /sbin/ifdown ppp0 from the 
command line.  What permissions do I need to set to run
/sbin/ifup ppp0 and /sbin/ifdown ppp0 when logged in as
a user?  Thanks.
