That depends on what you want to do.  If you have something specific you
want to do, www.linux-howto.com (or somewhere like it, like on your hard
drive in /usr/doc/HOWTO) is the best place to start. 

If you just want to learn "about Linux", we still need to know more, for
instance:

"Running Linux" is good for learning commands and procedures
"Beginning Linux Programming" is good for...beginning linux programming

Then there are various books about installation, or security, or
databases, or the Internet, etc etc etc.
