IRQ's

Can anyone tell me how to change IRQ's in linux.  I want to change my IRQ for my
ethernet card so it will correspond with the IRQ setting in windows on my
machine.  I have 2 highness display adapters (video card and DVD decoder card)
that are stubborn and will not let me change their IRQ's and this is causing
interference when I boot linux such that I cannot utilize my ethernet card to
access the network.

Any help would be appreciated.
