Hi all;
I've got Linux up and running and it's my everyday OS now, but I'm not
gonna let that stop me from asking a bunch of dumb newbie questions.
I went to download the latest version of Netscape (v. 4.7). I was
offered two versions; Linux 2.0, and Linux 2.0 (glibc). I'm running
RedHat 5.2 (2.0.36). Do I want/need the glibc version? What's the
difference?
Also, I've been using Netscape 4.07 and was disappointed that the 'home'
and 'end' keys didn't work to send me to the top or bottom of a web
page. But just this morning they started working! Unfortunately they
soon stopped working again. So the capablility is there! Is it
something I'm doing? I'm running Netscape under KDE.
Thanks.
Tom
