If the box wont start properly, then the cahnces are the mouse is not yet
available, meaning you cant cut and paste, so your up the creak without a
paddle.

However a few tips.

The box wont boot.!

If lilo is presant and shows the LILO prompt, you can always try;

linux 1
Where linux is the image it could be called anything, the 1 is boot into
level 1 (admin mode) if you like.

If that fails;

Then use the diskettes that you made during the install, you did make them
didnt you, like the text said make a boot disk yes or no.

Different distro's have different methods, so i wont go into howto do it.

When and if your in, you can then look around the system logs, /var/log
files are messages, syslog, debug, and others, once again different
distro's have different files, most are in /var/log.

type dmesg that might reveal some information on drivers that cant be found
and will show what drivers were found.

If you have a spesific question then ask it, dont talk in riddels.
Please include you type of install, distro, machine, and a description of
the problem, what you did to get into that situation, etc etc.
