Perhaps I may be of some help here,  You are running RH 6.1
this is not lilo, this is the first screen of initialization, choose the
option for configure device

then 
cat /proc/pci
cat /proc/interupts

also do a pnpdump >output.txt and show us the output.txt we'll see if
there's any pnp cards being detected
