i 've this messages from /var/log/messages :
Feb 4 14:40:39 linuxf3 swapon: swapon: warning: /dev/hda7 has insecure
permissions 0660, 0600 suggested
and
Feb 4 07:41:12 linuxf3 gdm[751]: gdm_auth_secure_display: Could not unlink
/var/gdm/:0.xauth file: No such file or directory
could somebody give me some advice as to how to handle this problem. it's
already 3 weeks, since i first noticed the error. and, i still can't make
it right. may be, that's why i'm still a newbie :-( .
