An IDE-ATAPI cdrom is the best thing for such an old crock as the 486 !SX!
why spend money on a SCSI card, the chances are it would have to be an old
ISA SCSI card, now if you wanted to upgarde in the futhure that old ISA
SCSI card is not goig to do you much good.
You will have everything onboard for an IDE cdrom no extra cost involved.
