The message isn't about termcap; it's about a "curses/termcap library". That
probably means the ncurses library, which on my system is
/lib/ncurses.so.4.2, and the associated header file /usr/include/ncurses.h .
I wouldn't want to guess what it might be on a mixed RH6.1/RH5.2 system.
