Thanx for answer, but I've truied all versions you told & nothing :(
If i run
setserial /dev/ttyS2
it says the same message "device or resource busy".
Kernel  detects all serial ports at boot time & writes that /dev/ttyS2
has IRQ4 (I've changed it in modem to 5, because under Slackware &
Win98 it was conflicting with mouse on COM1), & mouse is normally
working. Under Slackware it work in the same manner, but setserial was
able to change it's IRQ (I've used rc.serial at boot time, but in RH
there is no such script)...
