You can see the summary yourself, you have an ideal situation, both boxes
running the same installation.
look at /etc/inetd.conf on the running box and compare it to the non-working
box.
Read the top of /etc/inetd.conf if you make changes and do as it
says, otherwise the changes will not take effect untill your next reboot.
