You really need to consider:

1) hosting parts of the code on github or similar so the end-users can 
provide pull requests. Most of your end-users are tech-savy and probably 
could help fixing^H^H^Henhancing these products.

2) a public bugzilla for non-coders to report issues. At least we'd be 
able to provide detailled feedback and follow on issues without having to 
go through the maze of your different entities.

This is the 21st century, not the 1980's.
