I'd try phoning back and seeing if you got the same response off the next
person.  If so, looks like you might find it easier responding with "RHEL".

I think my normal response to that question is "RHEL derivative", although
I've only ever used Dell support for hardware failure issues, so as long as
you can sort out running any of the diagnostics that they want, it's fine.
