To be more specific: When I have my ppp aliasing stuff in modules.conf the ppp works
fine.
Being inspired by your mail, I've made some more checking on this and it shows up as
you and others have told that the information alternatively can be put into
conf.modules!
Conclusion: Setting up module aliases you need conf.modules or modules.conf - the
contents stays the same!
