I'm working under SuSE 6.0
with the 2.0.36 kernel I have no Problems :-)
with the 2.2.10 kernel I get the following error messages if I start the
pppd:
kernel: CSLIP: code copyright 1989 Regents of the University of
California
kernel: PPP: version 2.3.7 (demand dialling)
kernel: PPP line discipline registered.
kernel: registered device ppp0
pppd[604]: pppd 2.3.5 started by root, uid 0
pppd[604]: tcgetattr: Input/output error(5)
I have tried to recompile the pppd but had no success :-(
Can anybody help me?
