if anyone wanna spend some time building that test box...
I'm game.... have the parts ( everything )...
since most motherboards has 2 ide controllers ( 4 drives )
any pci-based ide controller can get you 2 more controllers
for 8 drives total...
- have the promise card tooo...
- probably can get the 3ware card...
-- question is... if the "master" disk dies...sometimes
the slave dont exist either... than you're sol...
