2.2.7-ac2 also works, 2.2.7-ac3 fails. Narrowing it down further, the
problem is related to the uptates to the scheduler introduced in 2.2.7-ac3.

If you back out these changes from 2.2.7/8/9 raid will resync - but I've
got no Idea what else backing these out breaks.
