The QLA2100 card did not have support for IP. I'm pretty sure that the
QLA2200 does have HW support for IP. However, neither of the Q Logic
cards have driver support for IP.
Although one of the Interphase cards does seem to have support for both
scsi and ip, that driver has not been seen to work. (It crashes on a
trivial case.)
