The consensus seems to be you'll have a LOT of problems with that
board. I had *nothing* but problems with it. I got the APIC
errors you refer to, the integrated ethernet was spotty, and it
was a downright dog in SMP mode (when it worked at all). This
was with Redhat 6.2 and 2.2.14-2.2.16 kernels. It also doesn't
work with Win2000 Server or Win NT 4.0 so it is definitely a
hardware issue.
