backup system recommendations

I am looking for backup hardware for my pc. I have already tried the
parallel port route and will be abandoning this attempt. (Thanks to Tim
Jones for his help here.) Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a
Dell Optiplex (which does not have an EPP which is why the parallel port
route will not work), and I am running RedHat 6.0. I am looking for
something that is SIMPLE to set up.
