Which driver for quickcam?
It seems that the pwc driver just drops a frame when an error occurs.
The question is why no more USB interrupts are seen. Pwc uses a ring
of URBs and relies on resubmission. There definitely should be interrupts.
This points at OHCI messing up resubmission if an interrupt is missed.
