Hehe,

now it works :) I can unplug and replug as often as I like without keyboard hangs.  
Even while the snd-usb-audio driver is working. 
Solution was to disable "Legacy USB Support" in the laptops BIOS. This stinks. You 
play with the device for hours, just to find out there a BS option in the BIOS that 
causes the trouble.
