Your kernel log did not show the part where the USB subsystem stopped 
working.  It only showed the part where you did rmmod.

Also, what do you mean when you say "usb subsystem stop working"?  Do 
other USB devices still work?  Can you cat /proc/bus/usb/devices?  Does 
anything show up in the system log if you plug in or unplug a device?
