I haven't had a chance yet to look closely at the first log, with CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND set. But this one, without CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND, appears to indicate the problem lies in the EHCI driver or controller. Do you feel like trying again with CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND not set, and this time unload ehci-hcd by hand? Preferably before plugging in the mouse, but in any case before doing the suspend.
