I cannot get my Logitech iFeel Mouse (NOT MouseMan) to work under linux.
I followed the directions in the docs for input.c to the letter:
/dev/input/mice (and mouse[0-30 or whatever]) is created, and the device
exists: when I cat it, however, there is no output from the mouse: moving
it about produces nothing. Linux seems to be catching it as a mouse, but
it simply does nothing. in the syslog, usb.c finds and registers the mouse.
Q1) is this mouse known to work under linux?
Q2) why do standard USB mouse drivers not do anything?
for reference: Mandrake 8.0 (ditto under 7.2), Celeron 566/160MB RAM,
Abit BE6-II 2.0 MoBo with Intel BX chipset and Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to
USB Universal Host Controller.
