I see. Hmm. Maybe we should take this off the mailing list since
your belief is that it's purely a gphoto issue.
Gphoto 0.4.3 works fine if I use the serial connection. However it's
not able to get any kind of ack from the camera when I use usb.
When I point it to /dev/usb/dc2xx0. It can't read off the camera
at all. So that means either I'm putting ot the wrong device or
something else is wrong. How about I'll try some more combinations
and see if I get anywhere? I thought I tried all the permutations..
If I use gphoto2 I get a core dump message. But then gphoto2 never
worked regardless of what type of connection I used.
