I've been using an IOGear USB KVM switch on my desktop for well over a
year now with no problems.

The one I have does no emulating. It uses a regular USB keyboard and
mouse.

Is yours different?

I haven't been following this thread too closely, is that in reference
to OHCI status register bits?
