Ok, if you're willing to do some more testing, can you try this:
See if 2.4.10-pre8 works
if so, can you see if 2.4.10-pre9 works?
The big input layer change went in at 2.4.10-pre9, so if -pre8 works, we
know where to look more at. If 2.4.10-pre8 does not work, can you try
-pre4 and -pre5? -pre5 is where some usb-uhci changes happened.
Between 2.4.9 and 2.4.10 was 15 pre patches, so I don't want you to have
to try them all out :)
