I'll put up a proper page when I'bee writte something passing as an
instruction. which I think I did. wonder where I put it..

for now

2 sessions on 1 or more machines, with a loopback plug. hardware 
rts cts   and dsr dtr loops are a good thing. 

bert -h   says stuff

for the tx
bert -t -p /dev/usb/ttyUSB0 -b 9600

in another window, for the rx
bert -r  -p /dev/usb/ttyUSB0
